Although there are some cool remixes of popular disco hits here, and you could be fooled, if you listen to it by yourself a lot, that it's indispensible. A friend of mine sat me down and had a long talk about the effects of aging on the brain, as well as the weaker aspects of pyramid economics. The next day I felt normal, perfectly fine except that I felt really sure that this pretty much sucks.
