JAVIER Javier

When he performed earlier this year at Stacie Orrico's showcase at Zouk, Javier's debut album wasn't even out yet. But once you tune in to his mesmerising melodies, you'll be kicking yourself for missing out. Javier's voice is mature beyond his 25 years with its deep, soulful tone. His first single, "Crazy", echoes with up-beat, pop energy, making it a safe first single but don't peg down Javier just yet. He's a versatile mix of R&B, neo-soul, funk, jazz and Latin grooves and a singer-songwriter at that. "Song for Your Tears" is a winning, honest, soul-bending number while "Beautiful U R" is funk infused with slow beats. This latent talent is set for a big break and we say this is only the beginning.
