Uh-oh, uh-oh. No, we aren't bemoaning the entrance of the Rasmus, rnland's angst-filled answer to modern rock, but echoing the catchy riff of their first single 'In the Shadows'. Dead Letters is their sixth album to date, but the first to achieve international attention since these guys formed the band when they were 14. Their success equation? Persistence, continued diligence, and a formula that steals the souls of discontented adolescents. Dead Letters is 10 tracks worth of wailing emotion, disconcerted pessimism and grinding acoustics. Sounding somewhat like a less angry Linkin Park in an introspective mood, spin Dead Letters on a cloudy day for added dramatic effect.
