WHITE STRIPES White Blood Cells

The underground darlings of the USA are here! Their third and by far easiest to find record is a blast through your relationship angst in all the right ways. Jack White sings and plays guitar with the alternate voices of Ray Davies and Black Francis (Kinks, Pixies), while buttressed by his sister/wife Meg White on skins. The amount of blood drained by track 6, has our Jack taking pause to chant a nursery rhyme about the effects releasing this record and the prospects of being able to follow it up! Some punk, but no thrash, just rocking tight urban blues that will send you in search of the first two albums for a few years.
