At the Playden in the Arts House in Singapore, I was lucky enough to catch Magnolius bringing their unique experience to the listeners; they draw you in through their experimentation of music and moods, incorporating video montage that is perfectly co-ordinated with their lyrics and music to stimulate you visually and musically. Infusing Hip Hop with other genres such as Electronic, Funk, Jazz and Rock, the subtle intricacies and dynamic stage presence which they lubingly shared with their Canadian counterparts LEO37 and some of the best Singaporean Urban acts, XS One Collectiv and Garuda... 3 hours of authentic Urban Art Experience in stuffy ol' Singapore... |
