A Singaporean band that went to Australia to make their name, and they did it big time.?
H aving spent the last two years conquering Australia, The SUNS (formerly known as the Boredphucks) return home for the first time since 2000 when they rocked the airwaves with the Straits Times Single Of The Year & 8 Days Song of the Year Zoe Tay and blew away critics and fans with the Straits Times Album Of The Year Banned In Da Singapura. Now with a newfound maturity, determination and a stunning live show refined from playing over 200 shows in two years all across Australia, The SUNS are set to shine all over again on their beloved home. Their first demo, Rock, became a big hit in Melbourne, which began their gigs from small cafes to some of the biggest clubs in Australia, and gave them a chance to perform with other alternative rock bands and punk rock bands all over the world. They made their first release in October 2005 to great success, and they performed at Sembawang on the main stage, an awesome performance. Don't miss this cool trio! ? |
